Another late holiday post but I just wanted to get them done and out of the way. So for Christmas we headed down south to visit with my husband's family. It was very fun and the kids were OVERLOADED with presents from Santa and both their grandparents. They loved it!
My mother-in-law and sister-in-law set this amazing wintery table. It was so sparkly and magical looking, I loved it!
I was head chef in the kitchen and here is the menu we pumped out for our dinner for 8 on Christmas Eve.
Stuffed Pork Loin - I just kind of made it up so I don't really have a recipe for you, but it was good!
Roasted Potato Stacks
Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Lemon and Pistachios
Mashed Carrots
Waldorf Gelatin Salad
and Rolls

We even had male help in the kitchen - it was truly a magical Christmas.
