If you combine gourmet food and diner food, you get The Blue Dome Diner. It's a diner atmosphere, the menu mirrors that which you would find on a diner menu, but the flavor and recipes take it to a gourmet level at a diner price. Seriously the best "diner" I've ever experienced.
